New patients

When you arrive, you will first receive a New Patient Form that includes questions about medical history, a consent form, and privacy forms. Please arrive 15 minutes beforehand to allow sufficient time to complete the intake forms. On the day of your consultation, a thorough history of your health problem will be taken, as well as a physical and neurological examination to confirm that chiropractic will be of benefit to you.

After a complete examination, Our Chiropractors will discuss their findings and diagnosis with you so that you can be treated right away during your first visit. Depending on your condition, our team will advise you on next steps, but usually you will be encouraged to return for follow-up treatment to check how you are doing. If necessary, our Chiropractors may also refer you to another specialist or advise you on what he believes is the best approach to treating your health complaints. You will likely be prescribed an individualised physical therapy plan so you can continue with exercise and rehabilitation at home.
